Can I share the stream with my family?

Yes, you can share the channel with your family by adding members in the “Home Settings”. But please ensure that the accounts are registered in the same area as yours. (E.g. If your account is registered in US, another should be in the US, too.)

Does it keep recording sound when I turn on the Privacy Mode?

Once you turn on the “Privacy Mode,” the ANNKE Crater 2-Cam is switched to SLEEP MODE, and it stops recording either channel stream or sounds. The indoor cam only starts working when you turn off the privacy mode.

Where can I turn off the LED lights at night?

You may turn off the “Night Mode” on Myannke App, then there’s no light on the camera.

Can I turn off the notifications or eliminate unwanted alarms?

You may turn on the notifications in the “Message Center” on Myannke App. You may also turn on the “human detection” to get more specific human invasion alarms and reduce unwanted pops-up.

Failed to add the camera. What should I do？

Please check that your WIFI is 2.4G, and the camera & router are in the same 2.4G Wi-Fi network. Then reset the camera and repair them next to the router once again.

(PS. Wi-Fi passwords should be less than 20 characters OR use AP networking method.)
